Sales Order Processor – Job Description

The successful candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day despatch of orders, undertaking of general adminitrative tasks and customer service.

Working Hours
9am – 2pm, Monday to Thursday
9am – 1pm, Friday

Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Conducting a bi-weekly stock take
  • Preparing packaging materials
  • Unpacking deliveries
  • Updating stock list
  • Receiving and booking in of non-stock orders
  • ROI Export
  • Maintaining the cold-chain
  • Support of general administrative tasks

Essential Criteria

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Reliable, punctual and respectful

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software
  • Experience using Excel
  • Have an understanding of adhering to a Quality Management System & GDP
  • Previous office experience

Salary and Holiday Allowance
£12,500 per annum
25 days and bank holidays
