Sales Order Processor – Job Description
The successful candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day despatch of orders, undertaking of general adminitrative tasks and customer service.
Working Hours
9am – 2pm, Monday to Thursday
9am – 1pm, Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Picking and packing orders
- Conducting a bi-weekly stock take
- Preparing packaging materials
- Unpacking deliveries
- Updating stock list
- Receiving and booking in of non-stock orders
- ROI Export
- Maintaining the cold-chain
- Support of general administrative tasks
Essential Criteria
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Reliable, punctual and respectful
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software
- Experience using Excel
- Have an understanding of adhering to a Quality Management System & GDP
- Previous office experience
