Allergodip®

In-vitro allergy test

Allergodip is used for the diagnosis of allergic type 1 diseases e.g. seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, allergic asthma, allergic eczema (for instance foodstuff allergies) and gastrointestinal allergies.

Allergodip is particularly suitable for patients in which skin prick testing does not lead to reliable results e.g. during simultaneous anti-histamine medication, persisting dermatosis/eczema or unsuitable skin in general (too young/too old patients).

Allergodip is an enzyme immunoassay for the determination of allergen-specific IgE in serum or plasma. The most important allergens are detected with Allergodip - without any laboratory equipment. The semi-quantitative test results are visually graduated (classes 0 to 4).
